About Music in the Zoo Gift Cards:
- SMA sells a limited number of Music in the Zoo Gift Cards each year.
- Gift cards are only valid on Music in the Zoo concert tickets.
- There will be an exclusive online Music in the Zoo Gift Card Pre-sale prior to the public ticket on-sale in April 2020. Pre-sale details and Gift Card redemption information will be sent directly to Gift Card buyers via email.
- Purchasing a Gift Card for a gift? Please email the recipient’s contact information to [email protected] to ensure they receive information about the Gift Card pre-sale.
- All Gift Cards are final sale and are not refundable.
Gift Card Availability: The 2020 Music in the Zoo Gift Cards are sold out!
Redemption of Gift Cards:
- Only ONE Gift Card can be redeemed per ticket order. The remaining balance, if any, can be paid via credit card.
- The Gift Card number is referred to as the “MEMBERSHIP NUMBER” in Etix.
- Gift Card pre-sale ticket redemption orders are fulfilled on a “best available” first come, first served basis.
- There is a 4 ticket limit per Gift Card order during the private Gift Card pre-sale in April 2020. Once sales open to the public, 8 tickets may be ordered per transaction, pending availability.
- Music in the Zoo Gift Cards do NOT expire and can be used for the 2020 season and beyond.
