The Recreation Outdoor Center (ROC) in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, boasts a rich history of community engagement and versatile functionality. 1. Q: What should I bring?

A: Bring a valid ID. One factory-sealed water bottle is allowed per person. All bags will be checked by security upon entrance.

The following items are not permitted:

  • Lawn chairs
  • Blankets
  • Pets (service animals only)
  • Umbrellas
  • Strollers
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Backpacks or large bags*

 

2. Q: Where do I purchase tickets?

A: Tickets can be purchased online at suemclean.com, etix.com, Etix charge by phone at 800.514.3849. If tickets are still available on the day of show, they will be sold at the box office via credit or debit card. Please follow us on social media for ticket availability updates.

3. Q: What is included in a VIP ticket?

A: VIP includes first-come seating in the bleachers section, a dedicated VIP bar, indoor restrooms (for VIP use only), and 1 complimentary drink ticket.

4. Q: Are there ticket refunds?

A: There are no ticket refunds, and the concert is rain or shine.

5. Q: Can I use my mobile device to scan my concert ticket at the door?

A: Yes, Etix offers a barcode that is visible on your mobile device, which the box office can scan at the door.

6. Q: Is the concert family-friendly?

A: Yes. Live at The ROC is an all-ages venue. Children 2 and under are not required to have a ticket.

7. Q: Where can I park?

A: Attendees are encouraged to carpool, ride-share, or bike to the venue. Free parking is available in The ROC parking lot along Monterey Drive and the nearby Melrose Center public ramp. Ticket purchasers will be emailed with additional concert information closer to the show. Please contact [email protected] with further question

8. Q: Are food and beverages allowed?

A: Guests are permitted one sealed water bottle or one empty refillable water container. No outside coolers, food and/or other beverages are allowed. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from local food trucks and vendors, and those over 21 will be able purchase adult beverages.

9. Q: What can I expect at the entrance?

A: There will be a bag check and identification process via wristband to purchase alcohol. Please leave large bags at home.

10. Q: Are lawn chairs allowed?

A: No lawn chairs are permitted. If you’d prefer to sit at this concert, please purchase a VIP ticket. General Admission tickets are standing room only.

11. Q: What happens if there is rain or inclement weather?

A: The concert is rain or shine. If there is severe weather, the City of St. Louis Park and SMA will implement an evacuation and safety plan. We will make announcements from stage during such an event.

12. Q: Is photography or recording permitted?

A: No. Professional photography or recording are not allowed at the show. No cameras with a removable lens, video equipment, or recording equipment are allowed without advanced written permission.

13. Q: Is the venue accessible for people with special needs?

A: Yes. ADA tickets are available for purchase. 

14. Q: Is smoking permitted?

A: The ROC is a non-smoking venue.

15. Q: Will concert-goers be permitted to leave the venue and return?

A: There will be no re-admittance after entry.
