IMPORTANT REDEMPTION INFORMATION PLEASE NOTE:
- There will be exclusive online Music in the Zoo Gift Card Presale prior to the public ticket on sale in April 2020.
- Please watch for a presale email in April. To add your gift recipient’s name to the presale list, please send their email to address to [email protected].
- Only ONE gift card can be redeemed per ticket order. The remaining balance, if any, can be paid via credit card.
- Gift card presale ticket redemption orders are fulfilled on a “best available” first come, first served basis.
- There is a 4 ticket limit per gift card order during the private gift card pre-sale in April 2020. Once sales open to the public, 8 tickets may be ordered per transaction, pending availability.
- The gift card number is referred to as the “MEMBERSHIP NUMBER” in Etix.
- Gift cards do NOT expire and can be used for the 2020 Music in the Zoo season and beyond.
