Music in the Zoo – History
Music in the Zoo is the iconic summer concert series located in the Twin Cities. Since its inception, this series has been produced locally by esteemed promoter Sue McLean and Associates (SMA). The series features 20+ outdoor concerts from June – August, and all concerts are performed on the Sue McLean stage in the Weesner Family Amphitheater at the Minnesota Zoo.
Music in the Zoo’s 2019 series once again delivers a celebrated mix of fan favorites, national headliners and up-and-coming artists. The intimate outdoor venue enhances the experience, and the music provides an unforgettable soundtrack to your summer.
2019 marks the 27th year of this Minnesota summer tradition!
