Hammond B3 alchemist Booker T. Jones is one of America's most prolific, distinguished and instantly recognizable musical forces. With his 2009 release Potato Hole, Jones reintroduces the neglected all-instrumental format with choice accompaniment by the capable Southern-rock visionaries Drive-By Truckers and a sound often pushed into overdrive by the volcanic lead guitar of rock & roll legend Neil Young. Featuring a mixture of newly written songs and a trio of intriguing covers, the new album captures Booker T at the critical peak of a renewed creative phase in his storied career.

Born and raised outside of Jacksonville, Florida, JJ Grey comes from a long tradition of Southern musical storytellers.
